How It Works

  1. User contacts the help desk
    A request such as a password reset or account change is logged.
  2. Technician initiates verification
    CallerVerify sends a verification request to the user.
  3. User confirms identity
    Using one of several supported methods.
  4. Verification result recorded
    The ticket receives a secure audit log entry.

Authenticator Approval

Send a secure push approval to the user's authenticator app for strong identity confirmation.

SMS Verification

Send a one-time code to a registered phone number when a managed device is unavailable.
